Improving Management of Asthma
The Australian Asthma Handbook provides guidance on best care for asthma. We want to find ways to help more people get this care.
For this project, we’re partnering with people living with asthma, their family, carers and healthcare teams to improve collaboration and communication between hospital and community providers.
We are also aiming to help more people build their knowledge and confidence so they can take charge of their asthma management.
