Safer Care Victoria
Healthcare Worker Wellbeing Centre

Date & Time

This webinar is part of our Community of Practice webinar series, where individuals and teams across the broader health sector can connect with and support each other by collaboratively sharing knowledge, resources, challenges and success stories to improve healthcare worker wellbeing.

This is a great opportunity to join with like-minded healthcare workers, including those who work in clinical and non-clinical roles in health services, community health, and aged and primary care settings, to share ways to embed worker wellbeing as a priority across the broader health system.

You'll hear from:

  • Professor Andrea Phelps - Deputy Director, Phoenix Australia - Centre for Post-traumatic Mental Health, Department of Psychiatry University of Melbourne for an overview on addressing moral injury and an innovative whole-of-organisation approach to promoting the wellbeing of healthcare workers co-developed with Canadian colleagues.
  • Victoria's Chief Nurse & Midwifery Officer, Karrie Long, Chief Medical Officer, Andrew Wilson, and Chief Paramedic Officer, Louise Reynolds for reflection on moral distress based on their work experience in healthcare.

We look forward to seeing you there!
