Who should register?

• Quality and safety leaders
• Directors of Nursing
• DCS
• External review panel members, consumer representatives and any health service staff who manage sentinel events.

As capacity is limited, we will prioritise participants according to need.

If you are unable to attend on the day, please notify us as soon as possible.
