James trained as an engineer and has over 20 years’ experience designing and executing organisational excellence programs to deliver improvements in outcomes across Health, Government, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales and Service sectors.
At the Alfred James works with a team of seven to build improvement capability and deliver complex improvement work across the organisation.

Why I do what I do
I am passionate about enabling staff and patients to engage and improve the care provided through the Victorian health care system.
I thrive on learning about new systems and ways of teaching teams how to improve and believe this is one of the fundamental ways I can provide people reason to enjoy their work.
