Our Continuing Care Learning Health Network (LHN) will bring together clinicians, people with lived experience, health services, academics and other thought leaders to review relevant data/evidence and deliver improvement work to improve experiences and outcomes for every individual receiving health care in Victoria.
We need a Consumer Lead with lived experience in receiving healthcare in a Victorian hospital(s) who can advocate for others and is interested in developing their leadership skills. Our Consumer Lead will work with us to make sure patients experiences and perspectives are central to all our activities.

- passionate about improving consumer engagement, experiences and outcomes for patients
- recognised for your deep understanding of consumer experiences in continuing care settings
- committed to improving health care safety and quality in Victoria
- an effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills?
