We are excited to announce the launch of the test phase for our Clinical Governance Maturity Matrix (CGMM) – a new self-assessment tool designed to help health services strengthen and build insight into their clinical governance.
Building on the Victorian Clinical Governance Framework, the CGMM enables organisations to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. A suite of supporting resources will guide services through preparation, self-assessment and improvement planning.
The CGMM and its resources will be officially published on our website in December 2025. Stay tuned as we continue to refine this valuable tool to support continuous improvement and implementation planning in clinical governance across Victoria’s health system.
