A growing collection of publications, reports and insights is documenting how the teletrial model is improving access to clinical trials and strengthening research capability.
Below is a selection of publications and resources that highlight teletrial activity, outcomes, evaluation findings and emerging best practice.
National publications
Australasian Tele-trial Model: A national guide for implementation
The Australasian Tele‐trial Model has been developed by the Clinical Oncology Society of Australia (COSA) Regional and Rural Group in consultation with clinical trial sponsors, clinicians, health administrators and regulatory bodies.

Evaluations and research
Evaluation of the Australian Teletrials Program (2021-2026)
This study will evaluate the implementation, impact and sustainability of the ATP (including the four supporting pillars and supporting infrastructure) being implemented in six participating Australian state and territories over five years between 2021 to 2026. It will include the perspectives of stakeholders and will quantify and describe the key outcomes of the Australian Teletrial Program.
