Kira Leeb is the Executive Director, Health and System Performance Reporting at the Victorian Agency for Health Information (VAHI).
Prior to coming to VAHI Kira held several progressive positions within Canada, all related to health and system performance reporting. Kira began her career at the Canadian Institute for Health Information in 2000 where she was responsible for the production of serial and specialised reports on Canada’s healthcare system.
The Victorian ICD Coding Committee (VICC) is chaired by a health information manager of the Victorian Agency of Health Information. It is made up of qualified clinical coders selected by the Agency. Meetings are held monthly and special interest groups can designate an appropriate committee member as their point of contact with the committee. The Victorian ICD Coding Committee was formed in 1979 as an official committee of the Victorian Health Authority, in association with the Victorian Medical Record Association.

Prior to joining VAHI, Ewan was Executive Director of Strategic and Business Services in the NSW Office of Sport and Corporate Services Lead for the Office of Communities in the NSW Department of Education and Communities.
As Director, Information Management & Standards, Mark is responsible for the management of a unit that covers data governance including privacy, confidentiality and security, classification and coding, hospital reporting, performance measurement specification and health data integrity (auditing).
As Director of the Consumer Outcomes and Experience branch, Paula is responsible for increasing the availability of timely, high quality relevant clinical information among a range of audiences in the health sector.
