Reporting to the Victorian Perioperative Consultative Council (VPCC)

Direct Reports

Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registered clinicians or health services can submit confidential direct reports to the VPCC. These reports provide valuable information that is otherwise unobtainable or not notifiable. 

The VPCC uses these reports to identify system-level concerns with health services. To submit a confidential report, please click the button below.

Perioperative harm or death

Health services must report perioperative mortality and morbidity, including surgical and anaesthetic, to the Victorian Perioperative Consultative Council (VPCC)
