On June 4, the Safer Care Victoria Adult Sepsis Collaborative brought together 145 passionate healthcare professionals from 33 health services and Ambulance Victoria for its first in-person collaboration day.
In the last 12 months, the Safer Together Program (STP) has achieved strong early results across all four of its strategic priorities.
Over the past year, Safer Care Victoria has taken an important step forward in how we support health services to improve safety and quality of care. In 2024, we launched the Safer Together Program – a unified approach that brings together our improvement activities under a single program.
We are pleased to provide an update on the Safer Care for Kids: ViCTOR pilot project, a Safer Care Victoria led improvement initiative dedicated to enhancing the safety and quality of paediatric care across Victoria.
