Advancing the Ligature safety initiative – Phase 2: Co-designing safer environments for our mental health consumers
We have progressed Phase 2 of the Ligature safety Initiative, building on the strong foundations of Phase 1 ‘Improving safety for consumers at risk of harm of ligature’, to reduce environmental ligature point risks in mental health and wellbeing settings through a consistent, evidence-based approach.
Check Again Network – Collaboration Day 2: Supporting safer penicillin allergy care
On 22 July 2025, the Check Again Network hosted its second Collaboration Day, bringing together teams from 18 health services across Victoria. The event was a powerful demonstration of shared learning, innovation, and collective commitment to improving penicillin allergy assessment and delabelling practices.
