The Antibiotic Prescribing Excellence in Primary Care (APEX-PC) project aims to increase antibiotic prescribing concordance with evidence-based guidelines (Therapeutic Guidelines) for selected common infections. This will allow Victorians to receive safe and effective antibiotics.

The Safer Medicines at Transitions of Care Collaborative aims to reduce 30-day unplanned re-admissions from participating wards/units by improving the management of medicines to empower consumers to safely transition from hospital to home.

The Check Again Network aims to ensure Victorians have access to safe and suitable antibiotics. This will be done by starting or improving programs to assess and test penicillin allergies in hospitals across Victoria.
