    Connecting research, policy and practice

The Translational Research portfolio builds partnerships that help ensure health research addresses real-world challenges and delivers improvements in healthcare for Victorians.

    We work with:

    • the Victorian Department of Health
    • health services and clinicians
    • universities and research institutes

    Together, these partnerships help:

    • align research with health system priorities
    • identify and address evidence gaps
    • support informed policy and decision-making
    • translate research into practice and service improvement
    • strengthen Victoria's health research capability.
